Privacy notice
Who we are
This site is run by Neil Barker, a sole trader trading as neilsai.com, based in Northamptonshire, UK. Neil decides how your personal data is used and is responsible for it. Contact: hello@neilsai.com.
What we collect and why
- Booking a process review. When you book through our booking page (Calendly), we receive your name, email address, company, role and your answers to the booking questions. We use them to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up about it.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- The demo. The demo on this site runs on made-up sample data in your browser. Nothing you click is sent to us.
Our lawful basis
We use booking and email data because you asked us to, and to take steps before a possible contract with you. We use analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, with no personal data involved.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business: Calendly for bookings, our email provider, video call tools for the review, IONOS for hosting and Cloudflare for analytics. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Drawings and design files
We never ask for drawings through this website. If you later share design files with us, that happens under an NDA and separate terms agreed with you.
How long we keep it
Booking and email records are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@neilsai.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
