Who we are

Get Back Friday is run by Neil Barker, a sole trader trading as Get Back Friday, based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Questions:

What we collect

When you book a call through Calendly, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the answers you give in the booking form. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name if you give one, and your message. If you email us, we keep that email and anything you send with it.

Why

To arrange and run discovery calls and to deliver the assessment. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract, and legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

Who processes it

Calendly handles bookings. IONOS provides the website hosting and email. They only process data to provide those services.

How long

Only as long as needed. Deleted sooner if you ask.

Rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or to object. Contact . Complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.

What we don't do

We never sell your data. We will not send marketing unless you have agreed to it.
